What motivates you? For me, motivation to do something is out of passion and intellectual curiosity, certainly not because there is a dollar reward. The most successful entrepreneurs, change-makers, inventors, innovators, were driven by passion and curiosity. Certainly applies to the educational system as well. Discern the interests of each child, and not feed each child through a minced meat machine.
