– Ms Timea Majorova, European fitness champion and model. Visit her at www.timeamajorova.com.The content of this book is fantastic, with lots of new insights and well-rounded views. I think it also touches base with much of population here with problems of a sedentary lifestyle and wanting to look good. I believe that even parents with obese kids will find this book invaluable. This book should also be staple reading for people in schools and in the army.
– David Chin, editor. From a solitary and scrawny kid who was more comfortable in front of his Radio Shack computer, to a globetrotting World Class bodybuilder and successful gems designer, CJ has demonstrated that there are varied options available and open to us in life, if only we will take cognizance and put in efforts. And so as with this book, he is sharing with us the options available, to make ourselves healthier, feel, look and live better.
– Arthur Kan, Director of Operations, Raffles Medical Centre (Cambodia).Seamus and CJ have presented eye-opening information on the secrets of antioxidants in this book. They give us the information we need to augment the basic diet-and-exercise formula and tell us how to correctly use just the right vitamins and supplements to give us the weight control, health and vitality we are striving for.
– John Pellam, director and founder of the BWW Society and publisher of Bibliotheque: World Wide.Testimony of CJ’s belief that exercise is a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle comes from the fact that even after all these years, he has maintained his passion and quest for physical health and fitness, and did us all proud by winning the Commonwealth Bodybuilding Championships.
– Dr. Ben Tan, Asian Games sailing Gold medalist.Seamus never ceases to amaze me with his boundless energy and capacity for friendship. He wants to get the most possible out of life, and firmly believes in extending himself into his community. This book is just another example of where Seamus wants to share his energy and enthusiasm for life with the reader.
– Daniel O’Callaghan, PhD (Pharm).I love your book. It offers clear and practical methods for getting in shape, but also gives the reasons (science for non-scientists) behind the techniques. I use the gym at school. I’ve been running on a treadmill and lifting weights 4 or 5 times a week. I was motivated and focussed, but I didn’t see the results I wanted until I consulted your book for insights on diet and recovery (good food, rest, stretching, mental attitude). Now I feel more energy, and the stress seems easier to bear. Thank you. Your book is an excellent resource. Also, the pictures of you and C.J. as kids are great. š
– Jeff Brown, Student at Law.I have just bought your book last week. I love it so much. Thank for writing this book, as I have been looking for a book like this for the past few weeks. When I saw it in Plaza Singapura, I just paid without a second thought.
– Danny, Singapore.
